I have used them twice. Had a good experience on both occasions.

My husband dealt with them, not me but he said they were great. Professional, courteous and honest. They fixed the issue in less than an hour.

The Sundog team was right on time and reviewed in detail all of the items we asked to have done. Once everyone was clear on what needed to be done they promptly went to work and were able to get everything we needed done. Both the electrician and his apprentice were friendly and neat. At the end of the day their bill was below what we expected.

Originally had another electrician come out to diagnose the tripping circuit issue as Sundog Electric hadn't gotten back to me within a few days and I'm out of town a lot. He diagnosed it as most likely being a motor issue with the ceiling fan but couldn't be bothered to check it. Brian, the owner of Sundog, came out short notice and discovered a pinched wire that had worn through and since they did the original install he repaired it at no cost. Sundog's service has been great and I will give them the first call. Thank you to Brian.

It worked out really well. They did everything I wanted them to do. The thing that struck me is when I paid for the deal I had in my head that I was getting two electricians to do whatever I needed done in a particular time frame and price. They sent one journeyman electrician and one helper non journeyman. They weren't working totally separate getting everything done. I really wasn't getting two electricians for 1 hour. I was getting one in a half electricians. It ended up being 2 hours and costing me double. Because the guy was a trainee it definitely slowed down the amount they were able to get accomplished. Their work was great, everything was great.

They are great. Brian is great. We had a question on something and he came out himself rather than sending one of his guys and we know his guys. They've been there for awhile and they are really good.

Our old house had aluminum wiring and we needed pigtails on all switches and outlets. Brian came out to walk through the house and give us an estimate for the pigtails and replacing every single outlet and light switch. We also wanted a fan installed and our electrical box cleaned up. On the day of our appointment three electricians showed up; Doc, Austin and an apprentice. They were there all day and even had a forth guy show up later in the day to help finish the job. They were super courteous, efficient and tidy. They also work really well together as a team. A few days after the work was completed our fan started making a weird noise. Austin came out the following day and adjusted it at no charge. In addition, the price was super reasonable. These guys are awesome and I will use them for all our future needs. I’ve seen a few reviews complaining about having to schedule work 3 to 4 weeks out. This speaks to how in demand Sundog is. This is a small business with incredible talent. Sometimes you just have to wait a bit for quality

They were on time, consulted me and explained different aspects of the job, they cleaned up after themselves, and I found them very very professional. They are very busy so I waited for several weeks before they could come out but if I had an electrical issue I would wait again and use them again.

They were amazing. They were patient with me when deciding the optimal length of each chandelier. They were kind, on time, and the quality of work and price were incredible!

Excellent. My electrician even told me about a gadget that goes on my switch plate that enables me to turn on the fan and top light without getting up on the bed to turn them on. It helps a lot since I'm over 80 and can't climb up at all. He even went and bought them for me.

Well, Sundog Electric is a fantastic company. I absolutely love supporting local independent companies... I spoke with Brian who helped get me set up with an appt. Very prompt with returning my calls and with as busy as they are I was able to get onto their schedule and Austin came out to my house. He was super friendly and explained everything to me from A to Z. I was very relieved to learn that the problem was easily fixable. It's really challenging to find reliable and skilled people these days. Sundog is definitely my go-to now. I have some other projects that I'll be calling to schedule with them very soon!! 100% recommend them to anyone who wants to have quality work done right the first time!

Great! I was really impressed with the professionalism of Sundog electricians (an electrician and apprentice). They answered all of my (many) questions, and I will use Sundog again.

Brian came out to give us an estimate and he was very knowledgeable and helpful, and his bid was priced right for us, so we decided to hire him. He and his team came out to do the work and they were efficient, friendly, and worked hard throughout the process. We had a lot of electrical work to do and they did an amazing job. We would definitely hire them again if we needed electrical work done.

The technicians, Jeremy and Austin, were on-time and very professional. They needed no direction, worked well together, and cleaned up after. When I set up the appointment, the owner, Brian, was prompt in returning my email inquiry, courteous and gave me a quote over the phone. We will hire Sundog in the future.

I bought the promotional voucher for $80.00. When contacted by Brian to schedule the service he told me that the next available appointment was a month away. I replied by asking if there anything within the next tow week and I got a reply stating they do not have anything earlier. Okay then, I replied again asking what would be the earliest appointment they have and I am still waiting to hear back (it's being 2 weeks). First at all-- I am very disappointed with the fact that the month wait was not disclose before I purchased the voucher. And second at all-- How unprofessional it is to just ignore the people that bought their voucher and are just trying to figure the scheduling out. Very rude if you ask me.

I have used Sundog electric three times because their work is stellar. Brian, the owner moved his schedule around so that he could accommodate a tight turn on my house. His work was excellent, managed to not incur additional drywall work through additional effort and workmanship on his part. He left the job site clean from drywall dust, and debris and reinstalled baseboard. super craftsmanship. After Brian learned that the reason for my quick turn around was for a military deployment, he didn't charge me for his time or materials. He is truly a standout, quality person. I am incredibly grateful for his thoughtfulness. It was a true blessing to me and my family.
