Flame sensor was out on my furnace. Chris came out and cleaned it and checked to make sure all was functioning correctly. I will be hiring again when the need arise

Could not have asked for a better experience! From Mike who was detail oriented and found the best heating and cooling solution for our house, to Erin and Daniel who did an amazing job installing our new system, we were impressed from start to finish. Would highly recommend Summit!

The technician diagnosed the issue and corrected. Additionally in his assessment of the unit, he found a problem that has been an issue for some time that others could not or did not diagnose (which was causing power surges in the home).

If you are looking for a company that genuinely cares about you, Summit Heating & A/C is the answer. After retuning from work on a sweltering summer afternoon, I saw that my thermostat was not working and my house felt like an oven. With the next 4 days projecting 95+ degrees, every company that I called didn’t seem to see the predicament I was in, and said that it would take several days, maybe even two to three weeks for a technician to come out. Then I called Summit Heating & A/C. Not only did the gal that answered the phone, Dianne, make me feel important right away, but she rearranged some things on their schedule and got a technician to my house within a couple of hours! Josh - the technician, was extremely professional, explained thoroughly what had happened to my thermostat and my system, and took care of the issue in less than an hour. After this experience, I am proud to say that I have found a company in Summit Heating & AC that I trust, and will be my soul source for my HVAC needs in the future.

It was fine. There wasn't any work done. They looked and said it's working. It wasn't bad but it wasn't anything special.

We are happy with our Lennox Furnace and A/C however the follow up and follow through was disappointing. We have called several times regarding final inspection and has still not been called into the city building inspector. We didn't like the way the cold air return was done so the installer said he would be back the next day but never showed. We called a week later and Jeremy did respond and came out and fixed it right away.

The service was fine. They were not able to diagnose the problem but they did clean the furnace. They were very nice  I would use them again.

I think they overcharged by a substantial amount for what they did. The work that was done did turn out fine it was just too expensive. I will not use them again simply because of the price they charged.
