Tony completed the floor according to schedule and the floor is beautiful. There were two problem spots. One in the family room where someone (there were other workmen about) had left a wet foot print and one in the hallway where Tony's sander left a circle. We agreed to pay for the project, minus $200 until these spots were fixed. Tony came back numerous times - his attempts to get the spots to match the original stain at first were not successful, even though he used the same stain and called the company for advice. He was willing to redo not just those areas but larger areas to get it to blend in. After a number of tries, the spot in the family room has now been totally fixed; the spot in the hallway is still a little lighter and Tony was willing to come back and redo the whole hallway but we decided to leave it. Tony works only on word of mouth and makes every attempt to please the customer.
