Had to go through walls in different rooms and then outside. Job was done well and conduit run discreetly.

I left a message for several electrical service companies after reviewing many of them to see which were available on Sat. Jeff was the only one who responded and he called me back within a few minutes of my leaving a message. He was on another job and told me he would come by just as soon as he was finished - when the job ran over he let me know it was taking longer than anticipated which was appreciated. When he arrived we discussed the issue and Jeff explained we had most likely overloaded a circuit. When we went out to look at the circuit breakers he immediately identified the problem - we thought we had turned them back on but one was still off. I learned that that breaker must be moved to the left all the way first and then to the right. Jeff was kind enough to not charge us for the service call. It was completely unexpected and much appreciated. In the future it I have any electrical issues Jeff will be the first person/company I will call. Thanks Jeff!

It did not go well. In fact, the electrician we hired to finish Jeff's job told me he thinks we should take Jeff before the board and have his license revoked.

Jeff wired 45 devices ( outlets, lights, etc.) to one 15 amp breaker. This could cause the house to burn down or cause all the wiring in the house to fry requiring the entire house to be rewired ( meaning drywall would have to be ripped out)  One receptacle in which the microwave was wired had burned the plastic cap in the box  I will be uploading a photo. Jeff asked us to pull a homeowners electrical permit, which I didn't understand at the time is very unprofessional and he should have pulled his own permit. These are just two of the many mistakes made on our job.

We paid this guy over $8000, unfortunately I had less than a rudimentary understanding of electrical work and had no idea Jeff was over charging us for work that wasn't performed. He also seemed like a nice guy and I trusted him. Jeff just seemed unwilling to finish. I now understand the reason why was the breaker kept tripping and Jeff discovered his mistakes, rather than man up fix the mistakes and finish the job he quit, blaming my house and telling me he was afraid of me. Jeff is afraid of the truth not me.

I found Jeff on Angie's List and I think the public should be informed about his lack of performance and unprofessionalism on out job. He even asked me to deposit $1800 in his bank account because he couldn't wait for a check to be mailed. I guess that should have been the first red flag that this was the wrong electrician.

He also referred us to another shady contractor,as if his poor performance wasn't enough. Luckily, we fired the guy before he did as much damage as Jeff did to our project.

The problem --

• Our new Chevy Volt was not able to charge when we plugged its cord into the garage outlet.
• It appeared the older outlet needed to be grounded.

The solution --

• Electrician-owner Jeff Stewart said the way the wires were configured, it would cost a lot to ground the outlet, but then he had an idea.
• He said he would try to ground it using another method.
• After a tenacious search for the original electrical box (our house had been remodeled, but the garage outlet was an original outlet), he tried his solution.
• It worked!
• I had tears of joy, I was so happy!
• My husband and I had been snaking the Volt's charge cord into the house in order to plug it in all night -- letting in cold air.

I would definitely recommend Jeff Stewart for any work at all. I wish there were more like him!

Jeff was fantastic! He was great about communicating when he would be here and arrived when he said he would. He texted and called to schedule and confirm our appointment. When he arrived, Jeff introduced himself and presented me with his card. He was neat and clean and very knowledgeable. Jeff looked at the issue we were having and immediately diagnosed the problem. He fixed it quickly and also explained what he did and why. His pricing was great.
I will definitely call Jeff again and refer him to others!!!

Jeff answered his phone when I called him.He was able to fit me into the same day.He was on time, courteous, and professional.Jeff took the time to dig into my issue. (3 way switch not working on both ends).After some investigation he was able to solvethe problem but also had additional suggestions for further action.I appreciated his candor and follow-up suggestions.

Jeff called me back shortly after I left a message and agreed to come out the same day.  This alone impressed me, because I had left messages for other electricians before and had never received a call back.  Jeff came and analyzed several electrical points--and this initially appeared just a puzzling to him as it had to us, but he kept at it until he figured not only out which circuit controlled the lights, but where the sensor was hidden--and took care of the problem.

He is very prompt. He said he would be here on a certain time and I believe he was here to the minute. He was very friendly and he explained his work very thorough. He did a great job. It seemed like he kind of went out of his way to get our job done.

I needed a l electrician to installed my hot tub and he was referred from an hot tub serviced store. I called him and he called me back immediately, he gave me an approximate estimate on the phone depending on the distance on the hot tub to the panel. he came over and confirmed the estimate. Stated the job right away. Explain me how to use the eletrcal part. he was very helpfull. he wanted to make sure that everything was working right before he was gone.
