I am a one-man operation with 'associates' in all lines of construction available to help with larger or more technical items. I have many references as to my work habits, personal character, knowledge, and abilities. In most instances I charge a flat hourly rate (rate determined by type of work to be performed). In cases of a bid job I normally request 30% in advance with balance due upon completion and inspection.
