Southwest Plumbing

This was the second time I used SW Plumbing.  Last year we asked for bids on a project that we ended up splitting into 2 phases - installing a tankless water heater and this year running gas lines for the kitchen range and outdoor bbq.  Many companies tried to tell me that I didn't need a permit/inspection on their work.  It required increasing the diameter of the gas line from the meter and installing a new meter!  His price was a bit higher for one stage than others quoted me but it was due to the permit/inspection fees. He also gave us choices in water heaters so we could stick to our budget.  
Jake liaised with Excel to get a new meter and kept us informed of his progress at every stage.  He was very neat and tidy.  He protected the surrounding area when he had to cut into the ceiling and always used shoe protectors.  When we called him to complete the work this year, he used the estimate from last year instead of increasing the amount.  He is a hard worker and very honest about his prices and requirements.  I would highly recommend him to anyone who needed plumbing work.

The owner, Jake, came and provided some initial estimates and some advice to some of the multiple plumbing issues we were having. I did not feel any pressure at all and he had very good advice and options for what we needed to do. Once I made a decision on what I wanted to have done, I called and he was able to quickly schedule time to do the work. Jake came to the house and did all of the work himself. He did all of the work very quickly in one morning. He arrived with all the parts that he needed so he never had to leave. When the job was completed, he cleaned up very well and I think it was probably cleaner than before he came. When the job was completed he also showed me and explained to me everything that he did. He was very professional and did a great job on everything. So far our plumbing has worked better than ever and I will call him again for any other plumbing issue that I have in the future.

They are excellent. I am totally pleased with the work. I have them coming out to do more work on Saturday.
