Started at time arranged. Finished by deadline. Quality of the work was excellent. Even the painters who came in after South Valley was finished was impressed with the quality of the work. Only minor issue was that it sometimes took a while for someone to get back to me after phone calls.

Did a great job with the drywall patch, I can't tell where the work was done. I brought them in for a 2nd job I had a few years later.

The sales rep was very patient with me and helped me understand the decisions that needed to be made (good thing because I'm new to this!). They were very accommodating to my schedule - there were some delays with another contractor that affected the drywall start date and they were great about changing the date. The workers were very professional and polite. The forman came by a 3 times during a 5 day duration - would have been nice to see him one time per day as questions did come up.

They did not start on start date and the project dragged on for weeks. I was told they would be in and out in a week. So I was disappointed. The job was not completed in time and my visitors arrived and it was not finished.

They did the nice job on finishing our garage and they finished the day they gave us for the final day. However, we wished they could have been a little neater on the garage floor. It took ours and ours of our time to clean up the mess they made. Dean R.

The estimator said they would use fast-drying mud so they could complete the project in one trip. When he finished, he said wait for it to dry and then we had to sand it! That seems pretty misleading, and the last thing I wanted to do was some of the work after I paid them to do it.

Fast, great work
