Jake is an absolute miracle worker! My off-white carpets were so filthy and pet-stained to the point that we thought we would have to replace them. Jake came in and cleaned them almost as good as new! I am shocked and delighted with the results, and even a week later they still look fantastic. I've used other carpet cleaning services in the past, but none are as good as Jake. I will definitely use him again and again.

Jake was fantastic -- very thorough and professional. He took his time with the cleaning (especially the carpet on the stairs) and explained each part of the process. I am looking forward to hiring him again to clean the rest of the carpet in the house.

The service was performed on rather short notice.  He spent especial care on the pet stains performing it and the general cleaning in a very timely fashion.  The carpet (six years old and nearly 2 years of large puppy/dog traffic)  looked like new when he finished.
