SHOMERS HARDWOOD FLOORS

The estimate from this company was somewhat less than other companies. We chose them because their bid was all-inclusive. They did not charge extra for things such as hanging plastic to avoid wood dust or tearing out the old carpet. They did the tear-out part of the job a week before we went on vacation and we were so impressed by how careful they were, and their clean up of the job each day, that we were comfortable leaving town while they did the actual sanding and finishing of the wood. We were thrilled when we returned, the floor looked even better than we had hoped. They were patient with several follow-up phone calls to confirm details of the bid and the job.

From the initial consultation, Ben was punctual and honest. He showed up when scheduled. His rates were reasonable and went over and above to provide a quality experience. He asked for 1/2 payment on the first day with the remainder due at the end of the project. The floors look amazing. He matched the floors with the existing hardwood entryway. We will use Ben again and will refer him.
