Shock Glass took the car in for service promptly at the scheduled time and completed the service ten minutes prior to the promised time. The windshield looks spectacular. This is a small, family run business who performs with great professionalism. We have another car that needs a new windshield and we will most definitely return to them. Their rates are quite reasonable.

They did a great job---they were careful and accurate with their measurements.There was a tricky angle with the bench and the swinging door which they handled perfectly. I had 3 companies estimate the job and I liked Shock Glass' professionalism and experience. They matched a lower bid that I had received. Then they placed the order for the glass, scheduled installation, and arrived at the time they said. The install went well and I love the results---handsome looking and high quality doors that work just as they need. I recommend them highly.

I visited a auto glass company near my home and asked for a repair estimate and got a "sticker shock" when they quoted me $429.00 on the spot. I contacted another name on Angie's List, who referred me to "Kinney" of the reference company. He was so helpful about my car windshield 'chip'; he said if I would drive over that afternoon he would fit me in right away! Kinney had me drive the car into his work shop, drilled the 'chip' spot out and with a special fixture, filled the small hole with clear glass resin. The job took him less than 15 minutes because of his expertise and great knowledge of all types of glass that the company provide to the homeowner and automotive windshields. I fully recommend this company and will definitely use them on any on future glass jobs!
