DOORS: Steve installed an exterior door and storm door (that I prepurchased from Home Depot) on both the front and back doors. Install of all four doors took one day, with minor finishing/tweaking the following day. He performed quality workmanship and demonstrated professional demeanor at what I considered a very fair price. PLUMBING: A couple months later I discovered (much too late) a valve leaking under the kitchen sink. It was a mess complete with sagging shelf and mold forming on the back wall underneath. I called Steve and he came over the next day and began repairs. He told me what I needed and I picked up the materials. He replaced the valve(s) and installed a new faucet too. We had to let the area dry out with a fan for a week or so and I could then paint the back wall with Kilz. Then he came back and put in a new shelf. GENERAL: I consider him my contractor and wouldn't want to use anyone else for any project unless he was too busy to help me. If that should happen, I have Angie's List, thankfully.

He's very responsive and has very fair prices.  The last two times I've contacted him, he's been able to respond to my calls either the same day, or the next.  The work has been great so far and the clean up has been as well.
