Considering the stressful situation, they were very understanding and helpful in resolving the mess quickly. They were quick to respond and very flexible in returning to follow up on the progress of the clean up.
Description of Work: We had a flood in our basement and they came out and pulled up the carpet and padding and sucked up all the remaining water. They brought in huge industrial fans to dry out the sub flooring.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE OK. I HAD ANOTHER COMPANY DO BETTER A JOB IN CLEANING. THEY DIDN'T MOVE MUCH FURNITURE AROUND, BUT THE CARPET LOOKS CLEAN AND SMELLS CLEAN. DRIED FAST IN THREE HOURS.
Description of Work: STEAM CLEANED EIGHT ROOMS IN HOUSE. IT WAS A TRUCK MOUNTED EQUIPMENT AND DEODORIZER WAS USED ON THE CARPET.
