Considering the stressful situation, they were very understanding and helpful in resolving the mess quickly. They were quick to respond and very flexible in returning to follow up on the progress of the clean up.

THEY WERE OK. I HAD ANOTHER COMPANY DO BETTER A JOB IN CLEANING. THEY DIDN'T MOVE MUCH FURNITURE AROUND, BUT THE CARPET LOOKS CLEAN AND SMELLS CLEAN. DRIED FAST IN THREE HOURS.
