On time, fair price, properly sized, new furnace working much better than improperly sized geothermal heat pump. Visually not quite as nice as I would have liked since it shares space in my laundry room and colored sealant on venting spread much wider than needed (cosmetic issue, functionally fine), but Sensible reduced price slightly to partially compensate. They also made good recommendations on keeping the in ground heat pump fluid since the fluid was not toxic and kept options for future use. Easy to work with them. They still need to deliver paper work for Xcel rebate (which should be $450 larger due to their advice).

Dan was wonderful.  The price was extremely reasonable, even when he had to come back out and put a 6" fresh air duct into the return air duct.  They were conscientious, on time, communicative, and really great to work with.  Dan was referred to us by our electricians, and he turned out to be as professional as they were.  I would recommend Sensible Energy and would definitely use them again.
