Sam came out immediately and after talking to me about my needs, gave me an estimate. When I was down selecting he gave me a senior discount and said he could start as soon as he got his materials. I hired him as he could start the next day. He was there at the agreed to time and worked professionally removing the artificial turf, removing river rock and shale base. e continued working every day to make my date. He finished early on the 3 day and cleaned uo the backyard, patio and front driveway. Hauled off old materials and left me a pristine job site. He is a great contractor who does what he says.

Sam was a pleasure to work with. Very professional, well spoken and knowledgeable about repairing our sprinkler systems leaking manifold. We just bought a new house and had to have some tree stumps removed. In the process, the stump grinder ate up part of our sprinkler system, and despite our best efforts, we couldn’t figure out how to piece it back together. Sam came out within 2 days of our call, and worked 2 days to find and repair the problem. We now might be able to salvage our slowly dying grass that looks and feels more like hay currently! :) Sam has earned our business going forward!

Sam was great, He did everything, He said he was going to do from start to finish. He did our sprinkler system in our yard two big sections of sod and installed a new controller and programmed. He added a drip system in our-garden. Great job, Highly recommend
