Water Coolers
company delivered the first water and cooler on time. water is very good- however on the paperwork we were told our next delivery date was 12/3 and had an attached delivery schedule card with a different, later date. After 5 weeks we were out of water, so I called on 12/1 to confirm they'd be there on the third, was told yes. On the third they called to remind me they'd be there Monday and was not all all interested in anything else I had been told. Too much confusion and poor customer service so we switched to someone else.

Everyone I have ever spoken with in the company has been very positive. They are always willing to answer any questions or look up any records. The water is fabulous!

WE HAVE BEEN RECEIVING ROCKY MOUNTAIN BOTTLED WATER FOR OVER A YEAR NOW. WE HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED. THE WATER TASTES GREAT, IT'S CONVENIENT, AND IS CHEAPER THAN BUYING INDIVIDUAL BOTTLES OF WATER IN THE GROCERY STORES ON A REGULAR BASIS.
