We have been doing this for over 17 years now and I really enjoy providing a service that helps improve people homes and offices. I look forward to meeting new clients and giving them that peace of mind that we will do a great, trust worthy and quality job. Our your typical process for working with a new customer is.... I set a time up to meet with a potential client. I look at the interior or exterior painting they are desiring to have done. I thank them for their time. Later I will email them a detailed estimate with the work they have requested. If/when approved, I ask when the ideal time/date would be to have the job done. We set a tentative date. Job gets started. I collect no payment until the job is completed. Once Completed, I set a time up to do a walk around with the client. To make sure they are completely satisfied with our scope of work. Then I collect payment.

We were thrilled that our good neighbors on NextDoor Neighbor referred us to Right Touch Painting. RTP did a great job with the exterior painting of our home within 3 days. Always on time, never intrusive and they left no mess! Our home now looks amazing and the work is under a great warranty from RTP! David Townsend, our project manager was extremely courteous, professional, and helpful and was familiar with the stipulations from our HOA. He worked with us on our budget and even noted a few other issues with our home and referred us to a roofer who could also handle our gutter replacement. Now that's what I call customer service!!

David and the workers were great to work with. They did a great job and followed up to make sure it was satisfactory. We didn't have to pay until the project was completed and the walk thru was done. It did not take long at all and so nice to have a new color. I recommend them .

Finally a great experience with a professional contractor! David was amazing in giving us a detailed quote with a few different options (since we had a lot of work to be done and weren't quite sure how we wanted to approach the project). We were so happy that the quote was very reasonable. The proactive communication was a breath of fresh air. We knew exactly when the team would show up, they arrived right on time and worked 8a-5p. They were so polite & professional, checked in with the progress of work, and were done right when they said they would be. The finished product was amazing, and David even came back to do a thorough walkthrough and ensure we were 100% satisfied (which we absolutely were!). Would absolutely recommend!

We just had the exterior of our home painted. David came out and did a walk through with us and explained many options. Right Touch did an amazing job, showed up on time, the crew was very polite and professional, and they did an amazing job. Our home had not been painted in 23 years and it looks brand new. The painter was very fast and had my entire bathroom walls and ceiling done in a few hours. There were a drops of paint that were not cleaned up and he left me to reassemble the towel racks. Curtain rods were not removed. No big deal. My fault for not mentioning that. Paint coverage was good.

Derek and David work to make sure each customer receives the highest quality service. From the free estimate to choosing my paint color and then the painting project itself, this was a great experience. The crew was efficient and careful as they worked on my home for a little more than two days. They were considerate with regard to me schedule and did an amazing job in making my home the most beautiful in my neighborhood! I will recommend Right Touch Painting to everyone I know who is in the market for a painting project.

Outstanding quality work. I tried other people who were cheaper...but you get what you pay for. I won't try that again as it ended up being a lot of trouble and cost more in the long run. Just start with the right company to being with and save the time, stress and ultimately money because you don't have to re-do any work.

The crew was professional and answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. Derek came out and reviewed the crew's work and let us know if there were any issues to please let him know. We had one issue and Derek came out to fix it himself.

Derek's company finished quickly and remedy the few spots that were missed promptly. Derek even came out himself to do a touch up that wasn't done by the crew. I have already recommended him to two of my friends.

Right Touch repainted the entire interior of our 1900 sq t house. It was a challenging job that included some poorly done paint texture, and dark brown trim and doors. The estimator was prompt, informative, and friendly. The work crew were trustworthy and courteous. The workmanship was terrific, with no signs of old paint showing through. The work took about 5 days, with a few hours of cleanup on day 6. Cost was a bit high, but that was driven by all the labor to put 3 coats of paint on trim and doors. Even still, I know it was well worth it!
