Renew Home Innovations Review I initially gave them a 5 for a review, but that was based on how well they did working with us in ordering what we wanted for the replacement walk in shower back in July 2023. That plus they gave us a small discount for doing so. Talk is cheap. What they promised and what they delivered are two different things, which is why they now get a 1. Specifically: 1). The agreement was to pay half up front, which we did, and the rest upon completion. When they showed up to do the job, they wouldnâ  t start unloading all the material until I gave them half of the final payment to begin. 2). They said they wouldnâ  t start until all items were on site. They showed up and did not even have all of their own company shower wall material with them. Had to start running all over to get the rest of their own stuff and still did not have any of the the other vendors products. 3). Did not have a shower pan, ran out and got a right hand drain. Needed left hand drain, so ran out again and got one. 4). Ask for Mohen fixtures, but brought Kohler instead. After 3 months the hose still hasnâ  t unwrapped from being tightly wound up in a small box, and sticks straight out from the wall. 5). Started installing shower fixture with plastic pipe, but I said I wanted copper as was in the contract. Had to go and get the copper tubing. 6). We picked out brushed nickel corner shelves, they instead brought solid black ones. Again had to run back and get what we ordered. 7.) Wanted clear glass shower doors, instead they brought doors with big towel racks as handles, even after we explicitly said we did not want towel rack handles. Because of the big towel rack handles, there is a very tight fit in the shower. Not what my wife wanted. 8). Have been working with them since September to get the towel rack handles replace without luck. I have been calling every week or so and all I hear is they havenâ  t forgotten us. Do not use this company unless you are willing to put up with getting not what you wanted.

Everyone representing the company were very professional and the person that completed the renovation (Jonathan) did an excellent job.

This job was sold to us on the premise the whole thing would take 3 days and there would be 3-4 people working to get this done. My wife was home and watched 1 person working a couple hours a day for 3 WEEKS. Just have your salesperson say that it was going to be like that! then when that 1 person was "finished", he handed me the shower curtain rod and told me to put it up! It was only when I called to complain about it that someone came out to put it in. Honestly I think my next project will be done by myself!

ReNew Home Innovations was great to work with from beginning to end, from choosing materials to installation. Our high compliments go to Roman and Tony, the installers. They were professional, talented, respectful, and communicated well with us, and we love their finished product. We recommend ReNew and would use them again.

I hired ReNew Home Innovations for a bathroom remodel project in November. Everything seemed like it was going well at first, but after I provided the down payment, I couldnt get a start time from them. Ultimately communication has broken down entirely and they are refusing to return my down payment. The last time I spoke with this company, they were incredibly rude to me, no work has been done, and I still have not received my money. This is beyond frustrating to deal with and I wont recommend this company to anyone.

They were knowledgable, efficient, professional and kind. The design process is very cool and easy, they staye3d in touch with we regarding the scheduling time frame, and the installer was fabulous !

They were all very thorough and followed up all the time. They also fit my project in very timely and worked with my crazy schedule. The contractor was knowledgeable and very meticulous about his work. The overall cost was not unexpected, I had a pretty good idea of the cost before I got their quote and they were not far off. I’m happy with the material and look of the shower. They didn’t try to over sell me. They listened to my wants and needs and stuck to my simple idea. I would definitely hire ReNew Home Renovations for future projects.

Very professionally run company. On time throughout the whole process, very educational experience during the estimating and design process, and exceptional quality in their products. Christian, their designer, was a pleasure to work with and made the process smooth and easy for me. I would highly recommend this company to remodel your bathroom or shower space.

ReNew kept pushing back their start date to where they were not leaving me time to do my part of the remodel. Once I filed a BBB complaint and a Credit card dispute, Nick the manager became very belligerent and used profanity over the phone with me.

They only installed a shower door for me. The door was only a $600 Kohler you can buy at Lowes. And they charged me $1900 for it and to install. I was under the impression the shower door was less standard for the price. After paying all that money they left a mess in my bathroom for me to clean up and the packaging from the door they purchased at Lowe s for me to dispose of. Taking advantage of your community on pricing is despicable.

Have been waiting for knobs for the shower door for over 2 weeks while I was told it would be 2 days. So it is incomplete still after making several calls. They are quick to take your money but slack in getting things done. However, the two gents who did the actual labor were hard working, organized, and did a quality job. Seems that it is management where things are lacking...

This was our second time with ReNew and Dave as the installer and everything went smoothly. Everything we expected was completed as written up and there were no surprises.

Over all a good experience, sales person strong armed us a little and would t take no for an answer when we asked to be able to shop other companies. Resulted in about a 500$ lower cost. Project manager was overwhelmed and was terrible at communicating, we often talked with the office people. Due to this lack of communication start of project was delayed and we were called about the delay the day our project was due to start 30minutes after. The installer is really what saved the project. Alex was the best part of this whole experience. As long as he is still with the company Iâ ll be working with them again. Over all happy with timeline and project.

ReNew Home Innovations did a great job renovating my bathrooms and kitchen. They listened to what I wanted and walked me though selecting the materials in the sales process. The installer did an incredible job making sure everything matched and exceeded my expectations. I did struggle communicating with the office in the time period between signing my contract and getting the project started, but overall I am very happy with the final results!
