I was very disappointed. I would never hire them again and do not recommend this company. They arrived late with a truck that was partly full. They needed to leave for another job before my job was done. They would have come back to finish the job, but would have charged an additional $135. We already paid them $135 for what they bid to do. They offered a 10% discount but I didn’t expect that would mean less work or less room on the truck. They got some nice stuff they could sell. We thought they bid on the job and would stay until it was finished. Instead they covered the truck with a tarp and said it was full. We were two people over 60. It took us hours to finish the job we had hired them to do. I would recommend anyone hiring for junk to be hauled off to take photos of what needs to get done so the estimate is clear and accurate. If they text you they will be late, make sure they don’t have another job they are going to. I would take photos of the truck when it arrives, especially if it’s not empty. They bid on a half or full load, but if it’s already partly full, it’s not an honest estimate. I was working inside to make it easier for them to haul stuff out. In retrospect, I would have watched them load and cover. I trusted this company was honest and that we were on the same page. I was left sorely disappointed with a job half done. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

Overall they did a great job. Very efficient and friendly. The only issue I encountered was that they had a hard time getting an old freezer out of the basement and during their efforts damaged the door frame, railing, and door.

They hauled off a couch and some loose wood. They also helped me to move an upright freezer and a buffet from my basement to the garage. we ran into problems, getting the freezer to clear the doorway. The men were very patient, professional and respectful of the house and the freezer working through the details. They are very professional, helpful and reasonable. I would hire them again.

Jordan and his crew arrived timely and quickly handled the pile created when we tore down an 8x12 shed. I would use them again.

They did an excellent job. It was pretty bad and they did a through job cleaning. Got there on time. Communicated well. Well priced. They checked with us when they were done to make sure we were satisfied with the work. They did everything right.
