Acquiring the new lock was a bit slow and confused, but the installation went very smoothly and the end result looks very good.

Kent did a fantastic job for me today. He instantly made me feel confident in his abilities because of his professionalism. He re-keyed my office lock and made keys for me. Then he explained about the fire dept. and their keys- he suggested I talk with them. He also made a master key to easily change the locks again if i need. The funny part, he basically made it so that I could use someone else in the future and make it easy on them, but the fact is, I will never use anyone else so he could have kept the master key for all I cared. I am not the kind of person to write reviews often, but I even told him when he was here that i appreciated his professionalism. When it comes to locks and security, I just have to have confidence in the person. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I thought the rate was great as well.
