Nick Holstein with Preferred Fence was referred to me by the Lumberyard I was using to purchase our fencing materials. Nick called me back right away and scheduled a site inspection and review of our fence and needs. He responded back within one day and provided a bid that would take care of our fencing needs under multiple scenarios. My neighbor and I selected the option that best fit our project needs and budget. Our project included picking up our materials from the lumberyard. Demoing the full length of shared fence between our neighbor and me. Preparing the ground slope, digging and cementing the new posts in place and providing directions on how to put the rest of the fence up. Lastly. they cleaned up the area and took all the demo materials to the landfill.

- Stellar communication - Estimate provided the same day as the site visit and was comprehensive in description of scope of work - The project had several components. Nick reviewed everything with us before starting the work to be sure we were on the same page. - I was out of town, so Nick provided updates/pictures as work progressed - The finished product was exactly what we wanted and the quality of the work was even better than expected.

I contracted with Preferred Fence, Nicholas Holstein, to cut a new 8' fence down to 6' to comply with City of Littleton zoning, and to satisfy my neighbor. He was professional, courteous, straight forward and very understanding of my situation. He worked with City of Littleton for the permit, and answered all my neighbors concerns. His worker was prompt, knowledgeable, did great work and finished the job in one day. The fence looks great! I wish I had gone to Preferred Fence first

Nick, the owner of Preferred Fence, is upfront and easy to talk to. After receiving my estimate I decided to move forward with the project, even without getting 2 more estimates. Preferred Fence just finished repair and replacement of rotten wooded post. The team was very polite and professional. Repair was completed in a very timely manner (4 post in a morning).flowers and vegetation wasn’t damaged. All-in-all, a wonderful job and great team to work with. Super reasonable cost, especially when you consider the cost of materials. They won my business for all my fences.
