Rick Thomas was excellent. He is not fast, but he is meticulous. He is extremely picky which, in my mind, is a very good thing when it's my kitchen we're talking about. When his measurements and the kitchen designer's measurements were off by one inch, he clarified with her before we even ordered the cabinets. He pointed out potential problems up front and went over ways I could save a little bit of money by doing certain things myself. His subcontractors (plumber, electrician, drywall/painter, tile guy, wood floor guy) were also excellent Overall, he did an outstanding job, but was not even close to completing the work in the time frame he gave me. The end result was amazing though--my entire main floor is now gorgeous and exactly the way I wanted it. I would definitely use his services again in the future.
