They came back to inspect it after it was done and there were some things that had to be fixed. They left a lot of little screws in the yard. They are hard to see because of the color but I was really worried when I was mowing the yard that I was going to get hit by one of them. I wasn?t happy about that. The workers were pretty much on time. One of the workers seemed to know what he was doing but the other one didn?t. They had to correct the steps when the inspector came out but they did do it.

The project was started right at the beginning of winter so it took months to finish. The weather held them up but then on nice days they did not show up. The foreman was totally useless. He only showed up when money was due. When it came time to do the color in the concrete the temperature was too cold but they did it anyway. The concrete pourers made a mess and I still have concrete in my yard in splatters. The also got it all over my lawn furniture. After some time had passed we noticed the back deck start to fall apart. The screws were coming out. The concrete started cracking and chipping. We also had a problem with discoloration of the deck product which we have taken care of through the company that made the product since it was under warranty but we did not want Outdoor Escapes back on our property so we are using another contractor to tear apart and build us a new deck. We have a complaint in progress with the BBB for the concrete. We are asking to be reimbursed for the concrete work.
