We were slightly beyond the annual service time, but work was done with no problems. Technician is very helpful, answers questions thoroughly & in a friendly manner. Included cleaning, & belt & filter replacements.

TOOK MY VACUUM INTO THIS STORE AT APPROXIMATELY NOON AND THEY HAD COMPLETED THEIR EVALUATION AND CALLED ME AFTER ONE HOUR FROM DROPPING OF THE VACUUM. I VERIFIED THAT I WANTED THE REPAIRS DONE AND THEY HAD MY VACUUM READY FOR ME TO PICK UP IN 30 MORE MINUTES. A WEE BIT EXPENSIVE I THOUGHT.
