 + -1 moreWe were slightly beyond the annual service time, but work was done with no problems. Technician is very helpful, answers questions thoroughly & in a friendly manner. Included cleaning, & belt & filter replacements.
Description of Work: First annual tune-up of Oreck XL21 Hepa Upright vacuum cleaner. Purchase of vacuum included extended 21-year warranty which remains in effect only if machine is brought in for free tune-up every year.

 + -1 moreTOOK MY VACUUM INTO THIS STORE AT APPROXIMATELY NOON AND THEY HAD COMPLETED THEIR EVALUATION AND CALLED ME AFTER ONE HOUR FROM DROPPING OF THE VACUUM. I VERIFIED THAT I WANTED THE REPAIRS DONE AND THEY HAD MY VACUUM READY FOR ME TO PICK UP IN 30 MORE MINUTES. A WEE BIT EXPENSIVE I THOUGHT.
Description of Work: VACUUM CLEANER REPAIR FOR VACUUM COMPLETELY NOT WORKING. NON-WARRANTY WORK.
