Not as well as I'd hoped... They came on time to quote, then they offered to perform services immediately. We were both unprepared, them, without tools and I, without clearing the area for them to work. They removed and hauled away the large stackable unit as agreed, then installed the new unit. They turned it on to run an empty cycle without leveling it then left. I tried to wash clothes a day or so later and the unit jumped around like crazy! I had to shut the unit off and couldn't wash or dry. Called them back to level the unit but no luck....
