He is just extremely thorough and meticulous very detail oriented. He keeps his area clean, takes a lot of care to make sure that everything is kind contained to that one room. That s been really nice. He very prompt and very easy to work with.

VERY LAID BACK GENTLEMAN. HONEST AND ACTUALLY DID WORK FOR LESS THAN HE HAD ESTIMATED. ROLAND'S WORK WAS VERY GOOD, AND HE WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING TO MY SCHEDULE.
