National Home Improvement replaced the windows in our home several years ago (2009). When we decided to put up vinyl siding rather than painting our house again, they were our top choice. At each step along the way, NHI had patience with endless questions and my challenging work schedule. When Steve came out to measure so that he could order materials, he found hail damage on our roof that required that a roof replacement be added to the work. While they were doing that, we went ahead and had them replace our gutters as well. NHI worked directly with our insurance on the roof replacement, leaving us free to ask about a billion MORE questions. The schedule for the roofing was difficult as a rainy spring kept delaying the planned start. But once they were able to start, the job went smoothly and quickly. And then we moved on to the siding, which also went very well. There was a miscommunication (on my part) about the size of one of the shutters, and it had to be reordered and installed. Despite the fact that it was my fault, they managed to come out and fix the issue within a week. I also have to mention that their office staff is great. It is nice to be able to reach out and have someone in the office to answer questions rather than having to try to catch the contractor between sales calls and jobs. Our house looks great now! I highly recommend NHI for your window, siding, roofing and gutters. We couldn't be more pleased with the job they have done on our house. This job was done 2 years ago ( Summer 2015). We had a minor issue with our siding this spring-and NHI had someone out to fix it within a week (it wasn't a time-sensitive issue). They are great with service even years after the sale-I couldn't ask for anyone I trust more. I only wish they did interior work as well. :>

I cannot say enough good about this company. Their estimates were cheaper than the other two companies that I got estimates from and they stayed in constant contact with me every step of the way through the work that they performed.They showed up and finished on schedule.  I will be using them for any work the I need in the future.
