Mr K's Flowers

They were wonderful. It is a local florist. They followed-up and made sure everything was done. They were to be delivered. I was not home. They put them on my porch covered and protected. They called and left a message saying they were on the porch and covered, to let them know if there was any problem or anything because they would replace the flowers, and made sure I was happy. It is privately owned, and obviously, they care about the service.

We ordered flowers for valentine's day through the ftd website, which choose Mr. K's. The flowers were to be delivered on thursday, however, I had left for work prior to them coming. It's FTD's policy to redeliver the next day so we called around 11:30am on Friday for an ETA. They said that the flowers would actually be delivered on Saturday. We stayed home waiting for the delivery and finally called at 4 pm for an ETA as we did have some things that needed to be done and FTD's delivery window is until 9 pm. 1. We tried to deliver but no one was home. No. We were waiting for delivery. 2. They are either in the shop or we delivered them to the wrong house. W**? 3. Can we deliver them tomorrow? No we?ve been home for 2 days. 4. We are very busy? What?s your address and directions to your place? You?ve already been here once. 5. If you?re not going to give me your address . . . Mr K hung up. Called FTD, who had flowers delivered from a different florist on Monday.
