MOUNTAIN VIEW CARPET CLEANING

I've used Mountain View for the last 5 years but dropped them this year because they were not able to remove the spotting on my carpet and felt free to charge me for a return visit to re-treat spotted areas (another $130).  They also lack consistency regarding the assessment of the number of rooms or previous work performed on client properties.  This leads to not knowing what your charges will be until the technician walks in the door and assesses the work to be performed.  Dry time on the carpet is @ 12 hours.

I've used the same technician, Charles, for the last 12 years. We are moving and it actually upset me thinking about not getting to work with Charles. He is that good, that professional and that fantastic. I only use him twice a year and he remembers everything. He is always prompt and gives me a heads up call about 15 minutes before he arrives. He is so personable when he comes. He is overall such a good guy. He is so kind hearted and a hard worker. I really enjoy him. He would go in my hall of fame.

The cleaners were very professional, showed up a few minutes early, and provided a detailed estimate that was consistent with a coupon offer I had and with the estimate given over the phone.  The cleaning was done very quickly (about 1.5 hours) and, as promised, the vast majority of the carpet was dry by the time the cleaners left.  All high-traffic areas were thoroughly cleaned, and the difference was amazing:  my light carpet is about a shade lighter now from the depth of the cleaning.  I also appreciated them telling me, in advance, to remove pictures from the walls so the high-powered drying fans wouldn't cause things to fall off and break.

They did an outstanding job and I am contracting with them again.

Went well. The cleaning went fabulous. The cheaper cleaning service we got took two days to dry. Not a bad thing but when we re-hire them we will be using the more expensive one to get dry in two hours. :)

The man that did the work showed up on time and was done within two hours. Some of the tougher stains that have never come out were nearly invisible even after the carpet dried. The house even smelled good after he left. My carpets are softer than they have been in a long time.

I used a coupon that had been mailed to us. Usually, I expect a switch and bait from these outfits. However, Mountain View has very reasonable charges for stairs, pet odor removal solutions, and the like. And if you don't want extra services, there isn't any high pressure.

The owner came and steam cleaned both our couch and our love-seat. When he arrived, he was very professional and polite and quickly got to work. The couches were very dirty, but he got them looking new again and the cushions were dry in about an hour. I highly recommend this company. We have used them before to steam clean our carpets. We thought with two kids and two dogs we were going to need to look at replacing our carpets. They got out every stain, including stains that previous carpet cleaners had left or that had returned after previous cleanings. The carpets were dry quickly instead of being soaking wet for days and they looked brand new. VERY IMPRESSIVE!!! In addition they are always able to get me in within a day or two.
