MOUNTAIN MAIDS

Honestly the cleaners were ok. My problem lies with Laura. First convo I explained exactly what I wanted per what my landlord said. Base boards (not floors) Oven deep cleaned Fridge deep clean (there was 2) Window sills cleaned. Cabinets checked (but I had already cleaned them) Simple quick job, they quoted me 2 hours. They come out and they start doing everything from top to bottom. AFTER I had already moppped, done cabinets, I had cleaned the walls, doors, stairs, cleaned inside and out of washer and dryers, dishwasher. I had done hours of work already and just wanted this done by them so I could say professionally deep cleaned while I started unpacking at my new place. Laura did not tell them this. She told them she wanted it deep cleaned from top to bottom. After promising me I could request specific work. So 2 hours in, they are not done with the work I had hired them for and were re-mopping my floors. She called me and told me how's she needs them to have more time because they are REDOING everything I had done. I was so p*****. Im on a set budget and time limit was running out to return the keys. Laura tells me how she cant "guarantee" the cleaning done cause im not doing what she wants for it. I had to pay for an extra hour because she gave them the wrong instructions, and tried to bully me my landlord would just retire them and make me pay through my deposit. Told her to fix it and have them do just what I asked and told her how I will be making a walk through video of the place to make sure it was all good because I was following their policy of what needed to be cleaned. I still paid that extra hour, but only for the workers as they didnt know she was pulling this. I will NEVER use them again. Solely because of Laura. She promised they would do the things I needed done and tried to force me to allow a 2 hour job to be a whole day so she could make money. Wasting the workers time, my time and spending my money. I already had worked my a** off cleaning, and did not need such disrespect. Anyways I made sure to record how clean the place was BEFORE and AFTER the cleaners where there. I won't let them mess with me on this and tell my landlord it isn't clean. This place sucks, it only got a 2 to be nice to the workers who came out.

They were very good

They are very thorough, on time, and did a great job.

I spoke with Mario who contracted the entire thing.  They were thorough, helpful, and friendly. They did a good job. They were also flexible with my schedule.

They did a nice job wiping down our cabinets and refrigerator as requested.  However, they did not do all of the things I requested, only completing about 75% of what I asked, which included vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning in an open home.  I called to confront them about this, and the only excuse they had was that their vacuum cleaner was broken.  They only offered me a discount on the next visit, with no reimbursement.  I will not use their business again.

They were here for a day and they did all right. Everything seemed to be fine; two ladies came out and did their job.
