What a nightmare it was in dealing with Kendra. She is extremely rude and distressful to people she doesn't even know. Her prices were outrageous vs calling a professional flooring contractor from CL. She has a know it all attitude that exudes ignorance and it's completely unprofessional! Use common sense and take your business elsewhere, like to a professional!
