Excellent job.  Craig took time to fit flooring to match existing. could not find exact match and found a good solution

Craig did an excellent job on everything he fixed or installed. However, I will not be hiring him again because he is negative, and he can't work in my house because he's allergic to my cat. He arrived on time. When I described the work to be done on the fence, asking him to move aside some rocks to put the fence lining in contact with the ground to keep the dog in, he immediately said it sounded beyond the scope of work he had anticipated. Right off the bat, he was negative. Then he talked to my husband about specifics and was OK to do the work as my husband described it. His work on the fence was very neat and tidy. He installed the house numbers when I was not home. They are straight and look great. Before he came out, I warned him that we were having wood flooring installed, and that it would likely be very loud, and he might not be able to do much of the work inside the house. The main things inside were the toilet flappers and the blind battery. Nevertheless, Craig complained multiple times that the noise was so loud, his ears were ringing afterward. He was unable to complete one of the toilet repairs because of the noise. The second time, I had at least 8 curtain rods for him to install, plus repairing a porch rail. We walked through the house and I showed him where the curtain rods would go. He went outside to work on the porch rail, and then came back inside and said he could finish the rail and the toilet repair, but he could not hang the curtain rods, because his throat was hurting and his sinuses were bothering him, because I have a cat. One 9 lb. cat in a 3,000 SF house, even when the cat was locked in a bedroom, was too much for him to work inside my house. Craig did excellent work on the things that he did. He was professional - I got a written receipt, and he was prompt. But I did not enjoy working with him personally. I felt like he had a negative "can't do" attitude, instead of a "can do" attitude, which is something I now realize I should look for in a handyman.

He is a very quiet hard working handyman. He is very reliable and can set your clock on his arrival time. He is very very neat and clean when he arrives and leaves job sights neat and clean as well. His rates are very reasonable. I've recommended him multiple times.
