+ 1 moreI felt I was very lucky that I chose Mike as the contractor. I got his information from the Highlands Ranch Sherwin-Williams store, as he was contracted to paint their store. Compared to another contractors, he uses brand Sherwin-Williams paints and offered discounted prices, and he asked the lowest money while provided the best service. I bought a foreclousure house, and it is my first house. Mike offered a lot of suggestions and helped me with a lot extra work without extra charge. His work quality was top notch as well.
Description of Work: I bought a bank owned house in Nov 2009 and wanted to repaint the whole house. I asked 4 quotes from highly rated providers found from Angie's list as well as Mike's contact from a local Sherwin-Williams store. I am very glad that I chose Mike as he did an excellent job in painting as well as offered a lot extra help without any charge ( I did give him extral compensation coz I really appreciated his work). Though the contract only required him to paint my interior, he actually helped me with many other things besides the painting, including dry wall repairs, lighting fixtures, door fixtures, lock changing, alarm installation, bath tub caulking, and a lot more (without extra labor charge).
