Mighty Hand Tree Trimming

Did a great job on trimming up my 2 large silver maple trees

Crew had no hard hats, glasses or boots.  Wearing sweat pants and gym shoes.
One of our two trees close to the cotton wood was severly damaged with no offer to replace or compensate for.  Their only comment was "Sorry, we never promised no damage would come to your healthy trees".  We understand that the two maple rees were close to the cotton wood, but at least some empathy for damage done and at least an attempt to trim or repair damaged tree would have been suffice.  
Pickett on new fence was damaged and not replaced even though they said they would do so.

The company is a small firm, a young couple, who are both really hard workers.  They came to the house; looked over the work; gave us an estimate which we agreed to; and set immediately to work [since it was a Sunday, they did not have anything lined up].  Two of our neighbors were impressed with what they saw and hired them for a later date to do the same thing -- tree removal.  They also have access to a landscaper which we will need in the Spring.
