Very well! It took 5 weeks to complete this MAJOR undertaking. Michael was very professional and on top of ordering & delivering of construction materials as well as supervised a very professional crew to carry out the work.
Michael is a great listener and is not afraid to interject his opinion for consideration. Even though we had a set of design plans to work from, it became evident that the plans were not realistic with the actual job site. That is where Michael's expertise comes in. Before we got too far, Michael frequently verified with us the validity of the design and also offered alternative solutions as we went along.
Michael and his crew arrived at the agreed upon time each day as promised. They cleaned up the work site each day and anticipated the needs of the following day so the project would continue without delay. When it was determined that construction materials were going to be delayed for one reason or another, Michael quickly switched gears and utilized his crew on another aspect of the project.
I would highly recommend this three-generation Colorado native and custom home builder for any remodeling project you may have.
