 + -1 moreMICHAEL'S OFFERS FRAMING SALES EVERY SO OFTEN, WHICH MAKES THE FRAMING OF PICTURES AFFORDABLE. USUALLY IT IS MORE EXPENSIVE TO FRAME A PICTURE THAN IT IS TO BUY THE ACTUAL PICTURE.
Description of Work: MICHAEL'S COMPLETED FRAMING WORK FOR 3 PICTURES I HAD PURCHASED AT A FESTIVAL UP IN BOULDER.
