MICHAEL'S OFFERS FRAMING SALES EVERY SO OFTEN, WHICH MAKES THE FRAMING OF PICTURES AFFORDABLE. USUALLY IT IS MORE EXPENSIVE TO FRAME A PICTURE THAN IT IS TO BUY THE ACTUAL PICTURE.
