I hired them because they were able to come more quickly than other companies during the busy part of their season. Arriving at my house, they respectfully explained to me what I had done correctly and what I had not done correctly when I had previously drained my back flow regulator, and were patient/helpful with my many questions (I like to do things myself). If I am too busy to do it myself in the spring, I will hire them to repair one of my broken zones and start things up again for next summer.
