Description of Work: I contacted Maverick to get an estimate for a remodel of a guest and master bathroom. Adam was responsive and professional. He coordinated a visit to a customer of his so I could see the work that his company had done and was wiling to schedule additional visits should I wish. The work that I saw was well done and of great quality.

Description of Work: Kitchen and Bath Remodels, and Basement Finishes

Description of Work: We did a basement remodel. Our previous basement was a poor quality non-functional plain space. Maverick transformed our basement into a space that is warm and functional, and a space where you actually want to spend time there. Adam performed the project scoping and did a good job understanding our desires for the basement and put together a detailed cost estimate. He did a couple of interations of this and worked with us to get the most important features into our budget. Adam designed and presented plans/pictures for the new bar area. Adam went with us to assist picking out some items. Ben, the project manager, did much of the the work and kept the specific contractors coming in to keep the project on schedule. He did a fantastic job and his quality of workmanship was high. Both Adam and Ben are very personable and professional. The project flowed at a good pace. They demolished and reconfigured our basement and bathroom. They installed a corner gas fireplace that they surrounded by ledger slate. The basement was wired for internet and speakers, and a A/V system installed, a TV was installed over the fireplace. New cabinets and a granite surface for the bar and bathroom was installed along with new sinks and fixtures. Slate was installed on part of the floor, carpeting was installed, doors and new hardware installed, a new electrical box, wiring, lighting, and new switches were added, drywall patching and texturing was done, and the entire basement was painted. A cold air return to the furnace was added. I probably missed some of what they did or managed. Ben did a lot of things and all that he did was very well done. Ben did all the A/V work. He made suggestions on good equipment to get for the budget we were in and made all the electronics work.

Description of Work: Adam helped us remodel our basement. We did most of the actual work, but he consulted with us to make sure we were heading down the right road with our basement remodel. He helped us think of ideas, put us in contact with other contractors who could help (drywall, electrical), and taught us some techniques in order to get us going.
