Doug showed up on time, replaced the irrigation shut-off valve and patiently answered a bunch of unrelated plumbing questions along the way. He also fixed a separate issue with an outsite spigot without charging us. Couldn't be more pleased with the service and will call Master Drains again.

Doug found an unusual problem with high water pressure coming off city water . It was causing a terrible hum in our pipes. He was able to do quick research and came up with a solution that was both econmical and effective. He added a second pressure valve per manufacture recommendation and solved the problem. He was fast, efficient, on time and nice to work with.

 I was very lucky. We are preparing this house for sale and needed the work done quickly. I called at 8:45 AM and reached him right away. He was able to come within  45 minutes and did the repairs right away.  So he was very prompt as well as courteous and knowledgeable. A very pleasant person. We would definitely call him again.

The water cutoff valve to the house started leaking water in the basement. Doug first tried to turn off the buried cutoff valve to the house that was installed by the county by the street outside the house, but it was frozen and could not be turned. He was then able to compress the packing in the house gate shutoff valve, which enabled him to install two gate valves described above downstream from the gate valve. He saved me the very large cost of having to have the county replace the street cutoff valve. Very professional. I would definitely hire Doug again.

Master Drains showed up when they said they would and did a terrific job. They removed a section of drywall and cut out the rusted galvanized tee and replaced it. All in all it was a fast and efficient repair. I believe it was money well spent. I would use them again if the need arises.

I originally contacted Doug Jackson to install a new bath vanity at our Highlands Ranch home. Doug scheduled the install at my convenience and completed the job in 2 short hours.

We have used Master Drains and Plumbing in the past and every time they do great work. They certainly do keep things fair, we even asked them to look at additional items for us that another professional had suggested we fix. After looking at it they told us it was an easy fix that we could do, but was something we could do ourselves if we wanted to save money. They could have easily done the work and charge us for it, but instead they gave us clear instructions and we'll be able to fix it ourselves. I would recomend these guys to anyone who asks.

We had a plumber a number of years ago that did some work in our main bathroom around the toilet.  At the time we had no idea that he was not doing it correctly.  We were completely redoing our main bathroom and needed this mess fixed.  We have used Master Drains since 2008 when our main line needs cleaned out, which is on a yearly basis.  So we decided to give Jim a call regarding this project.  It turned out to be more of a project than expected but he got the job done and we were extremely pleased.  We have never had a problem regarding his work and would highly recommend Master Drains to anybody.

Doug was very fast both in getting there and in completing the work. He was very professional and I couldn't be happier with the results. I stalled on this project for quite a while and now wish I had called earlier. The sink looks great and works perfectly. The drain is the fastest it has ever been since we moved in. Very happy.
