LOWE'S

They were very good. They was a scratch on the refrigerator that they may have done. One guy was confident in his delivery and the other guy was complaining and he didn't seem very professional.

Team's estimate came back to us in a very timely manner. The quote was very reasonable until we began to go over it, item by item.  There were charges we didn't agree on, and things were left out.  I asked if these issues could be clarified.  I don't know if he didn't understand what I was asking, of what.  He was charging us for materials that we were providing.  Roman was a very nice man, but we decided to continue our search.

I worked with the kitchen/bath design team at two Lowe's locations (Santa Fe store and  Wadsworth store).  I found the them to be knowledgeable and helpful at both locations, I just grew tired of driving to the farther away location.  
Working with the kitchen/bath specialists was a different story than working with the folks up front at the checkout area.  We ordered 'special order' appliances and had to jump through some additional hoops.  To pay for the items, you take your receipt up to the front checklanes.  Without exception, the workers I encountered at the checklanes were new and inexperienced.  They were friendly enough, but were poorly trained and inadequately supervised.  I really don't like going into a Lowe's store.
Make sure you have a coupon and you'll knock off an extra 10%.  

Great service in doors.

They are really good.  Their design team is great – paid great attention to detail and listened to what I wanted and made suggestions.

The qualities of the company are that, they tried to be helpful if there have been any issues.  They have a limited warranty which is only a year for replacement of the windows.  If there’s something wrong with the windows itself then we return it to the manufacturer.  The guy that put in the windows did not seal the windows correctly.  It’s hard to prove and at the same time we had done a dog’s shed, so it was hard for me to discern what the issue was.  During this last year we had a really bad wind storm and I was cleaning the inside of the windows and I could feel air coming in at the very bottom corners of the windows that I was cleaning.  The air was blowing through the hole in the window.  In fact the installation wasn’t as good as it probably could have been.  They also did my mother’s windows and there were issues as mine.  The price was a pretty good deal.  We would not use their services again in the future.
