LEGACY REAL ESTATE BROKERS INC

I contacted three agents to find out and interview about selling our home and moving to another area. We had each one come to our home and talk to us. Legacy called us back first and scheduled the appointment the next day when we were available. After our interviews, we decided on Legacy do to the overall feel. We listed within a few days after we did some things to the home that Legacy suggested. We started getting showings right away and the home was under contract in two weeks. Special comments were made about exactly what Tom told us to do. While our home was listed, we received daily homes of what was on the market. We started looking at what we thought we were looking for. After one time out, Tom found 6 houses we would not thought about at all. Out of these 6 homes we would have bought 4 of them. Tom showed us the info about all of the homes and the comparable homes in the area. We made an offer and Tom went another step more, he talked to the homeowner about the furnishings.
