L&l sales tactics are very very very pushy. The salesman pressured us into leaving a good Google review when he came for his initial visit and when you go out to Google you can tell that that's what they do normally because there are "highly rated". when they came to install the water filter softener system, the install tech try to upsell me and at one point they made it sound as though service was included in the purchase price which is a complete lie because we've had a couple of problems with the system and they charge $189 just to come to your house even if they don't do any work. The first week we had they were able to walk my husband through the process of fixing it over the phone which they did not charge us for and I appreciate. The next time we had a leak they upsold me rather than paying for the service call they did a filter change in our reverse osmosis system and it was still a $280 event. The technician was nice enough but he did leave a puddle of water in the kitchen after he fixed the leak and change the filters. I would not recommend this company and I would tell people to do their research before they make a commitment to any sort of water filter or water softener company.

THE GENTLEMAN WORKING WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND GAVE MY VACUUM A GREAT DEAL OF HIS TIME. I FELT HE WAS GIVING ME AN HONEST OPINION AS TO WHETHER THE ENGINE IN MY VACUUM HAD VERY MUCH LIFE LEFT.
