WE TOOK THEM THE OLD SCREEN AND THEY BUILT A NEW SCREEN FOR OUR BOTTOM WINDOW. IT TOOK THEM TWO AND A HALF WEEKS TO GET IT DONE AND IT FITS AND LOOKS JUST LIKE THE ORIGINAL.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. THEY MADE ONE ERROR IN REPLACING ONE SCREEN WITH A DARKER TONE THAN WHAT WE HAD ASKED, BUT THE QUALITY OF THE WORKMANSHIP WAS GOOD AND THEY REMEDIED THEIR MISTAKE PROMPTLY BY REPLACING THE SCREEN WITH THE CORRECT SHADE WITHIN 24 HOURS.
