KERNS CONSTRUCTION AND ITS OWNER, DAN KERNS, HAVE DONE SEVERAL SMALL PROJECTS FOR US AND A LARGER ONE OF FINISHING OUR BASEMENT. HE ALWAYS DOES TOP PROFESSIONAL WORK.
