Kenspec & Associates

Ken Spec & Associates was easy to reach via email and phone. I heard back immediately after leaving a message and was able to get an appointment within 10 days. Ken Spec arrived early the first time and called to let me know he was running 5 minutes late the second time.  He spent twice the time other companies quoted to look at plumbing, electrical, roofing, heating, air, etc. He also looked at water drainage and signs of mold and mildew.  He made a point of mentioning current building codes and if they would have applied during the time of construction. I asked him to look at the current electrical to see if I could add an air conditioner and he did, and I also asked about replacing the kitchen range with a microwave unit and he also looked into that for me. An oral summary was provided on site when he was finished, and a full written report via email followed the next day. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
