Service was A+!! Turn-around time was quick, installation was professional quality, and the tinting matches all the other windows in that part of the living room. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and can recommend them 100%.

I went to their shop and gave them the specification. They fabricated the shelves and I went and picked it up. They cut the glass according to the specs, and polished it. We couldn't have asked for better. They were responsive to our needs and requests.

Everything went fine. They came out and gave us an estimate. It seemed high at first but we got another quote and that was higher. The window had to be ordered and came in a little sooner than expected. When they came out to replace the glass they were on time and finished early. My wife was there and had a good experience with them.

Work ready as promised at price promised.  Great value for the money.  Would do business with again!

Everything went excellent. I had used them before and they do a great job!

I ended up installing the clamps and hardware and posts myself and then Ken Caryl Glass came and measured for the glass. They sent back the measurements and pricing. I put in a 50% deposit. In two weeks, 4/16/2012, the glass came in and I picked it up, paid the remainder, and brought the glass home only to discover that the glass didn't fit. The cutouts made in the glass were measured wrong, the glass was still covering the pin locations which meant that the glass was not securable to the hardware. This piece of glass was tempered to withstand breaking and also means that it cannot be recut to adjust for the measurement errors.
I called Ken Caryl the same day that I tried to install. I was told that it was my problem because I had the wrong clamp and pin hardware. How can the clamp and pins be wrong, since they were already in place when the company came out to measure for the glass. They knew exactly what was needed and what I had before cutting the glass.
I was given two options: buy new clamps or buy new glass, both at my own personal expense. I chose the third option, which was to dispute the charge through my credit card company. I'm still in the midst of that whole process, its been several months. On 8/14/2012, I was called by a Beth, I think she is the owner, and she basically said that my clamps wouldn't hold if they made the glass the way that I wanted. I have had to have several second professional opinions on this matter saying my clamps would work and have everything in writing. I have been proven right that my clamps are just fine and would hold the weight of the glass that we had wanted, but Ken Caryl Glass still doesn't admit blame. Beth has now said that Ken Caryl are just going to take me to Small Claims Court because my credit card company has put a hold on the money. I said that was fine. Whatever would resolve the dispute.
Beth has finally offered to buy me new clamps that she says would fit the glass cut. She won't verify or guarantee that the new clamps will rectify the problem. I might accept that only if they will do the install, since I had already installed the first set of clamps myself. She wants me to install and says that the clamps "should work" and if not, then they will give new glass.
During this whole process, they have NEVER come out to my house to verify or look at the problem that I've brought to their attention.

From the very beginning, the representative was unresponsive. Admittedly, our job was small but they agreed to do the work. It was clear from the time that we agreed to hire them to do the work, we were not a priority. It took weeks to do a job that should have been completed in days. Had to do it over again, I would have NEVER used Ken Caryl Glass.

They are a good company with very good integrity.  I had to replace every pane of glass in the house.  The skylights and sliders weren't included.  I give them high ratings and would use them again in the future if needed. 

They are one of the more reasonable ones I have ever used. Their prices are good.

It's been a long time. I remember that everything went very smoothly, from the estimate to the timely finish. They were knowledgeable, punctual, careful with inside furnishings, and reasonably priced. 

They had the parts in stock and told me how to install them.

I was satisfied with the service and would use them again.

During a remodel of a bath my tile man recommended Ken Caryl Glass to supply the clear glass sliding shower doors for my whirlpool tub. The glass is coated with an anti spot treatment. The first doors that arrived were not done correctly regarding the knobs and their placement. There was a communication error between the showroom person who took the order and the people who did the work. However they corrected it promptly with no dispute and installed the doors within a couple of days. They gave me instructions on how to clean the class without harming the anti spot coating. I am very happy with how it looks.

Went well. Estimate was clear and reasonable. Returned calls promptly. Work was done in a timely manner; cleanup was done.

I am still in the process of deciding whether I should go with them or someone else. However, they have done a lot of work for me before other than this and they are an excellent company. They have a large selection of glass products. They have fixed several of my screens that have been blown out in my windows and actually did those free of charge. They have also replaced my mirror in my bathroom, instead of just having a small mirror they did the whole wall in mirror. They did a great job, it's perfect. They also put a mirror in my basement that's about 9 ft. long because I have a home gym down there and it came out perfect. I would use them again.

I thought they were highly professional. I thought that they really had my best interests in mind. A Realtor had said that the window would have to be replaced, but the guy found some fasteners in his truck and repaired it with those and did not even charge me for doing that. All the billing and faxing of information to the Realtors was done in a timely manner, which was really helpful, too.

Excellent service & labor. They were courteous on the phone, came when they said they would, & completed the labor exceptionally well. They also made an adjustment on another window because they saw a problem we hadn't noticed.

Ken Caryl Glass was recommended in our community handbook and being new to the area we decided to try them out. They were very professional and once we received the estimate it only took them a few days to return to replace the window.

KEN CARYL GLASS OFFICE IS VERY CLOSE AND THEY DO A GREAT JOB IN MY HOME AND I ALSO USE THEM PROFESSIONALLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY FAMILY AND OTHERS.

I CONTACTED SEVERAL COMPANIES TO SUPPLY ME WITH A BID. KEN CARYL GLASS CAME OUT WITH THE BEST BID AT $200.00 DOLLARS. AND WHEN THEY CAME OUT THEY DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB.

OUR EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT, THEY HAD MANY TYPES OF DIFFERENT GLASS TO CHOOSE FROM, AND THEY HAD A VERY HELPFUL STAFF. THEY DESCRIBED THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF GLASS, AND WHAT WOULD BE APPROPRIATE FOR A REFRIGERATOR SHELF.
