Prior to moving out to Colorado, a friend recommended Mrs. Donley-Strickler of Prestige Real Estate Group. I live in MD and was able to search on-line for houses in the area I was moving to. She worked on setting up a nightly pull of real estate in the areas I was thinking about with the criteria I was interested in. I changed my mind numerous times and she just went with the flow. She maintained a list of the houses I wanted to look at when I got there and drove me around daily, looking at houses and sending me new ones while I was there. She made house hunting in Colorado seamless and a delightful experience. I only had a few days to try to find a house and put in an offer. She devoted much of her time to me to ensure I was able to see everything in my price range and worked with me to provide guidance on making a fair offer. She also recommended a loan agent and set up meetings with her. What a wonderful experience - I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is house hunting in that area.
