When I relocated to Colorado I took a house hunting trip for a week to look at and purchase a home. John showed me approximately 20 houses a day and spend the weekend with me to ensure my days were not wasted. He was great at quickly explaining the different areas the houses were in and why some areas are more desirable than others. He found us a great home that was not even listed in the MLS yet. John was easy to work with and always available by cell phone and or email. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone or use him again. Which is exactly what I did when I recently purchased an investment property using John as my realtor.
