I called the company and they said they would come out. They sent a subcontractor instead. The person was competent but not professional at all. He did not provide me with a receipt or a business card. I have contacted both JG plumbing and the contractor and JG hasnt responded at all. I finally got ahold of the contractor and he promised he would send a receipt and he still hasn't. Now the furnace that was working before they got here is not working at all for some reason. Now I have to get service from another company to correct the problems that he left. They also turned the temperature on the water heater way up, and I had to have my son fix it. They did not follow up with anything and I do not think that was professional. Their price was also double of what the new company coming out charges.
