Our side with Jennifer Cronk went exceptionally smooth and for the purchasers of our old home they ran into some issues with their loan processor and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was done in time and took most of the worry off of us. She was very professional and great personality and fun to work with. We will use her again and Highly recommend her.

Jennifer Cronk is a fantastic real estate agent! She worked hard to get our house sold very quickly. The process was incredibly smooth, and she handled any complications for us. Jennifer Cronk was referred to me by a good
friend who said, "She's like me, but nicer." LOL, she was right.
Jennifer was exactly the realtor I needed! She is smart, sensitive, patient,
and has excellent communication skills, that earned my trust during our first
appointment. She was able to effectively communicate all the necessary details with
my husband who resided out of the country.
Jen was early for all of our appointments,
showed up each step of the way, researched tons of details before we met, marketed
the wow factors of our home, held an exclusive open house, professionally photographed
inside and out of our 5K sf house on two acres with expansive mountain views,
and represented me and the property to interested parties with pride, integrity,
and ease.
Jennifer demonstrated excellent listening and
observation skills in our many transaction with varying personalities and job
