JCA Glass

John was both professional and personable as was Anthony who was helping John. Price charged was the same as his quote. They arrived on time and had all of the windows replaced in about five hours! The work they did was of good quality and they cleaned up any remaining materials. I'll use them again if we need other window glass replaced.

Probably the best thing about John is his obvious care for doing a good job. He was easy to work with, responded quickly to messages and his price was by far the best. When he installed the glass the first time he realized that he had measured the glass incorrectly. He probably could have rigged something to make it work and it would have looked a bit off. He did not do this though. He ordered a new door, which I appreciated and installed it as soon as he could.

I had two appointments scheduled with John at JCA: one for measuring and one for installation.  At the first one, he arrived exactly on time and was very courteous.  For the second one, he called (earlier than the appointment) and said that when he went to pick up the glass, it had been "misplaced" by the glass manufacturer.  Rather than reschedule, he sat at the manufacturer's and made them re-manufacture the glass while he waited!  He knew I was under a strict deadline, so I thought that was a great thing for him to stay with it and make sure it got done.  He was only an hour late, but the installation went perfectly!  I would say he went "above and beyond" my expectations. A+++ on service.

John responded quickly. I actually contacted JCA after poor service from another provider. There were weather issues that prevented JCA from keeping the initial apt but John kept me informed. Glass was ordered at a fair price and I did not have to follow-up on my own, John called on the expected delivery date and promptly installed my window. Great Service, Punctual, and Fair Price.

Estimated, ordered, installed replacement glass in sliding glass door on time and for a reasonable price.  I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

John is the man!  He really helped us out with the replacement of 2 windows that had broken seals.  These windows were located in a 2 story family room and the weather was not the best.  We had a small window of time as we are selling a home and they were inspection items that needed to be repaired quickly.  He measured and gave us an estimate and 2 days later he was back out to install.  John is a professional and a man true to his word.  I really appreciate that when it seems like lately everyone else is marking up their quotes to ridiculous prices.   I plan to use him for some additional glass and mirror projects in the next week.  I highly recommend him! 

Service and communication was prompt and professional.

I called at 4:00 on a Wednesday and he was there by 5:15 replacing the glass in a window in our living room.  He was WONDERFUL!!!!! He did an amazing job, was fast, and very professional.  I called around for some bids and his on the low end...even $100 less than some bids. He said the total would be $120 but he had a coupon that he could offer so it would $100.  JCA glass is an honest, reliable company and I will use them again if we ever need it. Thank you thank you!!!

I interviewed 5 glass companies before selecting JCA.  Theirs was the second lowest bid.  I made the selection based on John Avila's outgoing and warm personality, the thoroughness of his measurements and questions to determine our exact needs, and price.

We had agreed that John would delay the glass order until the plumbing work had been completed, which took about a week after I retained him.  Installation was scheduled three days after that.  JCA showed up with the glass on time, but after 30 min decided the return panel of the glass had  been cut incorrectly by the  fabricator. Reinstallation was scheduled three days later.  The replacement piece fit well,  but then it was discovered that the side panel had a scratch and  had tto be replaced. Installation was completed 5 days after that.
We are very pleased with the fit and finish of the final product.  The door swing, joints between panels and hardware are tight and look great.
On the downside John could have done better on checking the glass for size and scratches when he picked up the panels from the fabricator.  We would  have had some delay because the panels would have still needed to be redone, but perhaps not as much delay.
All in all I would certainly use JCA again.  Despite the delays, they didn't cut any corners and left us with a very professional installation.

Wow!  John did an AMAZING job!  he was recommended by our Realtor to fix several cracked window before selling and his prices, punctuality, clean-up, and professionalism made us call him back to also install a frame-less shower door - which looks amazing!!  He's a great guy and a fabulous glass-guy and will be our go-to for everything glass related going forward!  I rarely write reviews and it usually takes me being really unhappy to do so but I am sooo thrilled with JCA Glass that I recommend him to all!
